Why can I not view my new login logo picture?

You cannot view your logo picture at login due to a failure in either picture size or format.

Your login logo picture should have the size of ~280px X 600px (h x w) in the .eps or .svg format.

To change your logo picture, navigate to the tab in the System Settings section.
